Check in and check out times
Check in between 2 pm and 5 pm
(outside of these hours by prior arrangement, with at least 24 hours notice)

In the unusual event that we cannot be here, we'll contact you with the details you'll need to check in.
Guests are required to check out by 10:00 am to facilitate new arrivals.
Deposit and Cancellation
* DEPOSIT
A deposit equal to the first nights room rate is required and is non- refundable under any circumstances.
* CANCELLATION
If you cancel a booking less than 14 days before arrival, fail to arrive or leave before the original departure date, we reserve the right to claim the total booking cost (see full terms and conditions below)
* We recommend you consider holiday insurance cover in case of unforeseen circumstances.
The White Rose is an adult only establishment. Apologies but we cannot facilitate pets.
